    In 2023, Jay and Bey made history, buying the most expensive home in the history of California for $200 million, passing the previous record of $177 million.

    In 2015, the couple bought this rustic New Orleans home for $2.6 million, much cheaper than many of their other properties.

    After a fire broke out in the home in what was reportedly an arson attempt, the couple put the mansion up for sale for $3.5 million, and then later increased it to $4.45 million.

    Shortly after getting married in 2008, the couple bought a mansion at Miami’s Indian Creek Island for $9 million. The exclusive island is home to many other wealthy billionaires and celebrities.

    Although Hov and Bey never bought this home, they spent a pretty penny renting. In 2012, the couple rented the vacation home for $400,000 a month. The 31,000-square-foot property has 12 bedrooms, a tennis court, a rock climbing wall, and even a half-pipe for skateboarding.

    Hov rented this penthouse in Time Warner Center for $40,000 for a couple of years. The 5,000-square-foot penthouse overlooked Central Park and featured a fish tank that hung from the ceiling. In 2018, it was sold for $31 million.
