The six suspects are accused of beating and shooting at least one of the two 21-year-olds, Ani Okeke Ewo and Nicholas Kollias, who were lured to a suspected drug den near the upstate-New York campus and held against their will for most of the weekend.

On Sunday a SWAT team rescued the two young men, who were then transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Rochester residents Lydell Strickland, 26; Dennis Perez, 23; Leah Gigliotti, 20; and Pittsford, N.Y., resident Samantha Hughes, 19, were all arrested on a first-degree kidnapping charge.

The other two alleged accomplices—Inalia Rolldan and Ruth Lora, both 19-year-olds from Rochester—were charged with second-degree kidnapping.
