Could the New Pope Be Black?

The Grammy Award-winning rapper dropped a surprise album late Thursday night, seemingly called untitled unmastered—or he could just be saying that the album is both of those things.

It’s an eight-track project, and none of the songs have names. Another special thing about the effort is that Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys’ 5-year-old son, Egypt, apparently produced one of the songs.

Swizz Beatz posted a video of Egypt on Instagram making the beat.

The proud dad wrote: “Egypt making the beat for Kendrick !!!! Only 5yrs old […]  shout out to the youth !!!!!! […] FYI no help on the beat!!!”

Congratulations to Lamar and also to Egypt on his production debut.
