Awards season is near and my body is ready. The 2019 Golden Globes telecast will kick off the year on Jan. 6, 2019—but first, nominees.

Terry Crews (Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Sorry to Bother You) and Danai Gurira (Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War) will join Leslie Mann and Christian Slater to spout off the list of contenders for that coveted golden Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) honor.
The nominations will be announced Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif. There will be a livestream at 5:05 a.m. PT documenting the noms announcement. The Live TV feed will post at 5:34 a.m. PT.

According to a press release, the HFPA will make a major announcement concerning the Golden Globes prior to the nominations announcement.
The 76th Annual Golden Globes will broadcast on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2019, at 8 p.m. ET /5 p.m. PT.
