Blake was born without his lower legs because of a congenital birth defect. But he has never let that slow him down -- literally. He is ranked second in the world in running 100 meters -- his best time is 11.08 seconds -- and he has his eyes on competing in the Paralympic Games in London in August and September. Blake has mentored other athletes with disabilities at U.S. clinics run by the Challenged Athletes Foundation. He even traveled to Haiti last year to teach kids who lost limbs in that nation's devastating earthquake to run on their new prosthetics. "I have two disabilities [both of his legs] but a thousand abilities," he says.
