In the latest segment of the series, Bailey, who heads recruiting for the Marine Corps and is one of the highest ranking African Americans in the armed forces, shared his ABCs’ of leadership: Ability (preparation), Breaks (seizing opportunity), and Courage (not being afraid to act and delegate).
