Maya Angelou went on Good Morning America this week to cook healthy recipes from her second cookbook, which came out earlier this year, with host Robin Roberts.
It's seems there's nothing Angelou can't do. The book, Great Food, All Day Long: Cook Splendidly, Eat Smart, features recipes (oxtail soup, chicken tetrazzini, Swedish hash) that, eaten in small portions, will help you stay healthy and enjoy your food at the same time. We're sold.
