As if rocking the confederate flag wasn't enough, Kanye West was photographed coming out of Barneys, which has been steeped in controversy after several claims of targeting black shoppers as criminals, aka "shopping while black."

According to Us magazine, which posted the photo of the egomaniacal rapper on their website, West apparently lambasted Barneys at an Oct. 25 concert in Las Vegas. West stopped his performance of the song "New Slaves." a punk-inspired critique of the racism in high fashion racism he faced when trying to create his own designs, to interject one of his expletive-laced rants. "That's that racial profiling out in front of Barneys and sh-t. Talking about, 'Did you steal that,' " he said, Us magazine reports.

On Monday, West walked out of the high-end retail store in Beverly Hills wearing a green bomber jacket with a confederate flag patch across the right sleeve.

Jay Z, West's mentor and Watch the Throne compadre, was already pressured to issue a statement about an upcoming clothing collaboration with Barneys once claims of shopping while black surfaced.

While it is unclear whether West actually purchased something from Barneys, no photos show him being accosted by police or confronted about legitimacy of his credit cards.
