    That is actually great advice to all those that have been handed jobs. WORK makes us move forward not crying about the past. I am embattased by my race when I read stupid things like this.

    Let's stop blaming everypne else and take responsibility for our own mistakes. If you are so unhappy here go back to mother Africa. As for me, I choose to stay, play and enjoy the american life. I educated MYSELF and even made friends with the "White Devils" who have turned out to be much more reliable than my so called "brotha's"

    Here in Philadelphia, some 90% of children born to Black girls will never know their father. Why? Because the mothers themselves do not know. Like ALL girls (Black or White) who have babies they want someone to love them unconditionally so they get pregnant by sleeping with multiple men (just look at Maury Povich).
    These men would never step forward anyway, as the courts will make them pay for 18 years of rearing with little or no rights, but in this case concern.
