  I wish to add my thanks to millions of others who have been uplifted and inspired by you.
  You have allowed the Great Universal Spiriual intelligence ( God) to use you as His tool, to open the eyes and hearts and minds of many of His children.
  
  You first listened to your enter voice and did what was yours and only yours to do. You then geniously gave your gift to the world.
  Thank you for being one of the brightest lights in the this world and making such a big difference.

  excellent article. I am the Director of a CASA program. CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates- citizen volunteers who advocate for children in the child welfare system. 92% of children and youth who have CASA volunteers find a"forever" home. Disproportionality is a huge issue, that is more children of color in the system,and they stay in the system longer. I urge readers of this website to look into volunteering for CASA. We especially need male volunteers and people of color. We are the change we are looking for!

  Thank you so much for your commitment and for writing this wonderful piece about the foster care system in the United States. I thank your for all of the children who are in the system and who are at risk for being caught up in the system. So many of these children will not end up like you-successful and happy and whole. I pray for them and may all that is good in this universe shine and bright beautiful light of happiness on them this month and for all the months to come.
