When Milk Does a Body Bad
If you're like most people, you're probably thinking, I understand the first three rules, but what does that fourth one have to do with me? Isn't that more about cows than kids?
In the grocery store several more blocks away, along with regular and organic milk, I also have the option of milk from Farmland Dairies. It's not organic but is free of hormones and antibiotics. It's like what's sold at Wal-Mart, Kroger's and served at Starbucks--and it costs $1.98, the same as plain old milk. The labeling distinction used by Farmland Daries is exactly the kind conventional dairy farmers and Monsanto are fighting. But if you can find it, this option saves both money and worry.
The bottom line about milk is, shop smart and, even if you have to pay more, avoid excess hormones. In the long run, it'll be worth it for both you and your family.

Money comes and goes, Morality comes and GROWS!!! Untill we realise this, we can never be helping the mankind. Money is not everything in life. When you do something with passion, success is bound to come always and need not worry about that. And when we do something with passion that too at work, it gives immense satisfaction to us and all around us. In this life of a short period, we need to realize that its not money, name or fame alone which is important. These are important, but these have to be earned by honest means. Its nothing, literally nothing which we can take with us when we would breathe for last. So lets all re- work and rethink on being a great asset for our society by following good morales and being good to humanity. As a Quote says correctly, 'Hands that help are holier than lips that pray'. God always gives and forgives, but we always get and forget. Lets start developing love for humanity and all these problems and bad vices would go far off from us, which in turn will ensure us of safe commodities and absence of cut throat competion through undesirable means. sai@intelliswift.com

Clearly the author has no understanding of biology. If you're concerned about the early onset of puberty in girls, which I am, human hormones pose a much greater threat than bovine hormones. Let's look to the high concentration of human hormones in our water, due to unabsorbed hormones from birth control pills, before we irrationally lash out against sources with no scientific basis. Science should always win out over fear, this isn't the dark ages people.
