UPDATE: Sotomayor Passes Preliminary Confirmation Vote

Judge Sonia Sotomayor passed preliminary confirmation by the senate judicial committee, 13-6. Sen. Lindsey Graham was the lone Republican 'yea' vote. Judge Sotomayor's confirmation process now moves on to the Senate.
