President Obama is calling for more investment in the nation's infrastructure to the tune of $50 billion in order to stimulate the economy. The plan would call for improving the nation's roads, railways and runways. The infrastructure investments are a part of a package the White House is expected to announce prior to the November election. President Obama will outline the infrastructure investment proposal Monday at a Labor Day event in Milwaukee. We can hear the pundits now: "More spending!"
