Bishop Eddie Long, a prominent pastor from the 30,000-person New Birth Missionary Baptist mega-church in Lithonia, Ga., is being sued on the grounds that he coerced two younger men into sexual relationships.

Yes, this is the same Bishop Long who once wrote that homosexuality and lesbianism are "spiritual abortions."

Filed in DeKalb County, Ga., the two lawsuits, which seek unspecified punitive damages, claim that Long used his position as a spiritual leader to pressure churchgoers and his employees into having sex with him. One of the plaintiffs, a 21-year-old named Anthony Flagg, alleges that he accompanied Long on overnight trips at least six times over the years, during which he engaged in "kissing, massaging, masturbating … and oral sexual contact" with Long.

A spokesperson for Long said, "We categorically deny the allegations."
