AU Professor Predicts a Second Term for President Obama
American University professor Allan Lichtman has applied his "13 Keys" formula, which predicts the popular vote based on party performance instead of polls or campaign tactics. All signs point to the re-election of President Barack Obama in 2012. Interesting, because Newt Gingrich suggests that President Obama has a 20 percent chance of winning. Maybe the Republicans are trying to rally the troops, but Lichtman has correctly predicted the outcomes of the last seven presidential elections.
