Fox Won't Air Presidential Presser
Fox stations will not be covering the presidential presser, according to the New York Times. Some think the snub is political, but not me. It's disrespectful, but I can halfway get it.
TV stations make their money on commercials, and when the president feels as if he needs to disrupt the flow with a presser to talk about anything and everything on his mind, it could put a hurting on pockets. Maybe the president should cut stations a check to interrupt programming. I don't know. But I don't think this is a boycott from Fox -- they will be carrying the conference on Fox News, after all. Just not affiliated stations.
What do you think? Is it politics or practicality behind Fox's move?
