It seems as if Russell Crowe has hip-hop artist RZA on his side when it comes to Azealia Banks’ accusations that Crowe spat on her, choked and called her a n–ger.

In an interview with TMZ, RZA said that Banks was behaving erratically at Crowe’s Beverly Hills, Calif., hotel party. He stated that Banks threatened someone with a glass and that Crowe grabbed her in a bear hug to throw her out. The founding member of Wu-Tang Clan also said that Crowe did indeed spit at Banks but missed her.

RZA also posted a lengthy Facebook post about Banks, referring to her as a struggling artist he was trying to help.
