(The Root) -- With the exciting interlude of the vice presidential debate out of the way, it's time to gear up for President Obama's second time around with GOP nominee Mitt Romney.

For those tuning in who live in the Washington, D.C., area, The Root is hosting The Debate Watch II: Obama vs. Romney, a viewing party for the big event.

The affair -- hosted in conjunction with Cheeky Sasso Entertainment and Marketing Group and the Madyun Group with Congressional Black Associates Thursday Network -- will be held at CAPITALEdc at 1301 K Street, NW, Suite 103, Washington, D.C., from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
