Obama's Day, Oct. 31: Meeting With NJ Gov. Christie

President Obama will meet with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie to view storm damage and speak with recovering citizens and first responders.

DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2012

In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting will be closed press.

In the afternoon, the President will depart from the White House en route Atlantic City, New Jersey. The departure from the South Lawn and the arrival at Atlantic City International Airport will be open press.

While in New Jersey, the President will join Governor Christie in viewing the storm damage, talking with citizens who are recovering from the storm and thanking first responders who put their lives at risk to protect their communities.

In the afternoon, the President will depart from Atlantic City, New Jersey en route Washington, DC.  The departure from Atlantic City International Airport and the arrival on the South Lawn will be open press.

The White House activities for Halloween tomorrow have been cancelled.
