MHP: The Case for Obama

On her MSNBC show this weekend, Melissa Harris-Perry said that the president should run on his own legislative record.


On her MSNBC show on Sunday, Melissa Harris-Perry made the case that President Obama's re-election campaign strategy should focus on his legislative record, making the "affirmative case" for why the nation should choose his vision in 2012 again. In other worse, he should run on his record because, as she put it, "there are actual accomplishments."

But do voters really care about anything besides the economy? She asked her panel to weigh in. Watch the segment here:
