With respect to his campaign, Herman Cain says that "suspend" means "end," but we haven't seen the last of him.


In his first major interview since suspending his campaign last week, former GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain told Sean Hannity that when he said "suspend," he meant "end." In other words, he has no plans to restart a bid for the White House. That doesn't mean we've seen the last of him, though.

It sounds as if he still plans to play a role on the political scene -- just not the kind that involves worrying about what happens to your poll numbers when allegations of sexual harassment and affairs surface. "I am now going to change Washington, D.C., from the outside, with the backing of the American people," he told Hannity. We'll be watching.
