Michelle Obama to Speak at NAACP's 101st Annual Convention

The nation's first lady will discuss strategies to overcome childhood obesity.

First lady Michelle Obama will speak at the NAACP's 101st Annual Convention in St. Louis on July 12, 2010. Obama will continue her push to get Americans more fit and healthy by addressing the epidemic of childhood obesity. She will use this opportunity to promote her comprehensive campaign, Let's Move! which advocates healthier foods in schools, making better food options affordable and encourages physical activity among children. A noble cause indeed.
