Not one to forget his humble Queens, N.Y., roots, Walker also is the founder of CODE2040, which gets highly motivated young students of color into tech internships. "There aren't very many folks that look like me in positions of leadership in the valley," concedes Walker. "I think when you bring education and access together, you can really begin to be successful." Walker, who joined Andreessen Horowitz in the summer of 2012 as an entrepreneur-in-residence, has moved on to start a new venture.
