Her name belies her presence. Asunción "Sunny" Hostin is bright, yes, as one of the most formidable legal voices on TV today. Her work concerning the Trayvon Martin case this year was especially thorough, and her voice was a welcome one around the trial and subsequent verdict. In fact, when George Zimmerman was acquitted in Trayvon's death, Hostin was clear about her feelings. "I am stunned," the CNN legal analyst said. "I think justice took the day off today. I think justice failed Trayvon Martin and the Martin family." She went on to say that the country needs to discuss race relations. Hostin began her television career on Court TV before moving to Fox News (on Bill O'Reilly's show), and today she can be seen on CNN, ABC and NBC's The Today Show providing legal analysis.
