  • Age: 38
  • Bio: If you're a fan of BET's The Game or VH1's Single Ladies, chances are you've seen Rob Hardy's handiwork. He's directed episodes of both programs. But this year, Hardy took his small-screen ambitions a step further as BounceTV -- a new African-American television network he co-founded with Martin Luther King III, Ambassador Andrew Young and Andrew "Bo" Young III -- kicked off its first year of original programming. Hardy's Rainforest Films partner and fellow FAMU ('96) alum Will Packer is also part of the team. (Hardy and Packer operate the production company behind the blockbuster film Think Like a Man.) As the network prepares to celebrate its first anniversary on Sept. 26, it has shown steady growth, with a recent deal to have the channel reach 80 percent of black homes in the United States. Visit his website.
