In the aftermath of the choke hold death of Eric Garner, some more officers with the New York Police Department may be in hot water after allegedly dragging a half-naked Brooklyn, N.Y., woman into the hall after responding to a domestic disturbance call, the New York Daily News reports.

A police spokesman told the News that the incident is under investigation by internal affairs. It occurred about 11:45 p.m. on July 13 when Denise Stewart, 48, was in her apartment in the Brownsville, Brooklyn section of New York City when officers knocked on her door in response to a call about a domestic disturbance, the report says.

Officers reportedly heard shouts inside the apartment, the report says. When they knocked, “she told them they had the wrong place and tried to shut the door,” police said, according to the News.

Stewart reportedly was dressed only in a towel and underpants. But officers yanked her into the hall and she was surrounded by about 12 officers amid the screams of her family and neighbors.

An amateur cell phone video captured the chaotic scene, the report says, “while several others struggle to subdue and cuff the nearly naked woman in the hallway outside,” the News writes.

“Her asthma! Her asthma! Her asthma,” a woman screamed, the paper writes.

For over 2 minutes, the woman stood bare-breasted in the hallway as additional police arrived at the scene, "glancing at her as they passed by," the News writes.

She was “charged with assaulting a police officer, and—along with her oldest daughter, Diamond Stewart, 20,—resisting arrest, acting in a manner injurious to a child and criminal possession of a weapon,” the Daily News writes.

The woman’s 12-year-old daughter had “visible injuries” to her face, officers said, the News reports. She told officers her mother and older sister beat her with a belt, police said, according to the News.
