A Philadelphia teen thought she was arriving for a job interview after answering an ad for in-home health care she saw on Craigslist. Instead, police say, she was forced to sign on as an escort, take naked photos and was then raped, the New York Daily News reports.

Police told the newspaper that Kevin Cornish, 42, has been charged with “rape, kidnapping, human trafficking and multiple forms of assault.”

“I guess the best way to describe him is a predator,” Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood told the Daily News. “A true predator.”

On Friday, police stormed Cornish’s apartment in the suburbs of Philadelphia where they found “three computers and a stack of escort contracts for 50 women” and signs that Cornish is running, what they have deemed, a “major human trafficking operation,” police told the Daily News.

According to the Daily News, Cornish contacted the 18-year-old to inform her that he had found her job placement and told her that she needed to come to his apartment for an interview, police said. However once the teen arrived, she was allegedly given a sex-for-hire contract, which listed in “explicit detail the sexual acts she’d be required to perform.”

Police told the Daily News that Cornish allegedly stood behind the teen forcing her shoulders down until she signed the contract. The teen was then reportedly forced to remove her clothes so that Cornish could take photos and then she was raped.

The teen’s mother contacted the police after she returned from her “interview” with Cornish.

Chitwood told police that they are still trying to determine if the 18-year-old’s claim is part of a bigger pattern. Police still must investigate the 50 contracts recovered from Cornish’s apartment which were all signed by different women.

“It’s just the beginning of the investigation,” Chitwood said.

Cornish, who lives with his mother, told police that he runs a legitimate escort business and that the sex with the teen was consensual. He was being held on $250,000 cash bail. Police believe that his mother was not at home when the alleged rape occurred.
