When 30-year-old physician Teleka Patrick vanished nearly three weeks ago, few people reported seeing her after she left work. Now video footage released from the Radisson Hotel in Kalamazoo, Mich., on Dec. 6, the evening of her disappearance, provides more clues for investigators about that fateful night, ABC News reports.

In the video, she can be seen speaking with a desk clerk and appears to be in a rush as she tries to book a room with cash. After being turned away, she uses the hotel's shuttle to reach her car, located at the Borgess Hospital in downtown Kalamazoo, where she worked late hours in psychiatry and often didn't sleep, according to the report.

Nearly two hours later, Patrick's car was found abandoned in a ditch off Interstate 94, more than 100 miles away from the hospital. Her wallet reportedly was still inside the vehicle, but there was no sign of the doctor or her keys.

Police speculate that the car may have had a flat tire. Investigators with dogs tracked her scent and footsteps from the car for about 30 feet to the highway, according to ABC affiliate WZZM.

The shuttle-bus driver, who was reportedly the last person to see Patrick, told investigators that she appeared to be agitated. "She seemed as if she was looking around, as if someone could be following her," private investigator Carl Clatterback said.

The mystery deepened after the emergence of what appears to be Patrick’s self-shot video on YouTube. In the video, she can be seen showing off a dinner that she may have prepared for someone special.

"Hi, love, it's me," she is heard saying in the clip. "We both have orange juice and flowers from last time." Patrick’s family says it’s unclear to whom she was speaking in the video.
