Technically, the congressman did nothing wrong. It was his son who posted racist messages on social media. But after Heck's less than sincere apology, we aren't convinced that the apple fell that far from the tree in this case. 

5. Lambda Theta Delta

Lambda Theta Delta, UC-Irvine's largest Asian fraternity, didn't get the memo that blackface is never OK. They posted a video with a member in blackface, prefaced with the disclaimer, "no racism intended." They did post an apology, but it was a little too late.
