Damon Dash, the former head of Roc-a-Fella Records with his old partner Jay-Z, is under water for more than $2 million, reports the Daily News.

"I can't touch my money. I can't pay certain bills," Dash said in a wide-ranging talk on Saturday. "But I'm still working every day. It's not stopping me from hustling. I am an entrepreneur. I am real."

Dash, 42, vowed to pay back more than $100,000 he owes on a sprawling mansion in suburban Putnam County.

He said he moved out at the end of March because he couldn't take the frigid weather — but he also faces eviction, according to court documents he filed Tuesday.

"I'm in transition. I've been moving around on business," he said. "It's too cold to be upstate in the wintertime."
