Watch This: Congress Honors Emanuel Cleaver

The Congressional Black Caucus chair was honored for his work leading "the conscience of the Congress."

This week, members of Congress honored Rep. Emanuel Cleaver II (D-Mo.) for his service as chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus -- commonly referred to as "the conscience of the Congress" during the 112th Congress.

Speakers included members of the Congressional Black Caucus and the Democratic Caucus, including House Democratic Whip Steny Hoyer. Watch video of their remarks here:
