In an interview with President Barack Obama and Mrs. Obama, ABC News veteran Barbara Walters did not bite her tongue. The 83-year-old journalist asked the couple what happens behind closed doors at the White House, including how they "keep the fire going in their marriage" after 20 years, which made for a little bit of an awkward exchange, the Hollywood Reporter reports.

"We've been married now 20 years, and like every marriage, I think you have your ups and your downs," the president said after a surprised chuckle. "But if you work through the tough times, the respect and love that you feel deepens."
