On Saturday night, Jay-Z delivered his final show at Brooklyn, N.Y.'s Barclays Center, and it wasn't without a surprise. The MC-cum-business mogul invited wife Beyoncé onstage for a short set, though the nights leading up to his grand closing had offered only one guest performer, Big Daddy Kane. Beyoncé, dressed in a leather shorts ensemble and over-the-knee boots, emerged to "Diva," and then the parents of daughter Blue Ivy went on to deliver "Crazy in Love."
Last night's performance was Jay-Z's final in an eight-day concert series kicking off the opening the Barclays Center, home to the Brooklyn Nets basketball team, of which the MC is a minority owner.
