Saturday's episode of Up With Chris Hayes on MSNBC featured an all-star panel of black thinkers. Ta-Nehisi Coates, Melissa Harris Perry, W. Kamau Bell and Jay Smooth tackled Mitt Romney's "birther" remark, the state of racial politics in modern America and Coates' viral essay, "Fear of a Black President," in which he discussed "the false promise and double standard of integration."
