The Daily Caller's Neil Munro really made a name for himself with his reporting today -- or, rather, with his interrupting. After President Obama's speech on the DREAM Act at the White House on Friday, he cut off Obama midstatement, forcing the president to address him as if he were a child, with a firm, "Not while I'm speaking."

The transcript:

Q    (Inaudible.)

THE PRESIDENT:  -- the right thing to do.

Q    -- foreigners over American workers.

THE PRESIDENT:  Excuse me, sir. It's not time for questions, sir.

Q    No, you have to take questions.

THE PRESIDENT:  Not while I'm speaking.

Over at the Daily Caller, they felt pretty good about what will surely be in the final highlights reel of "The Right Disrespects Obama All the Time." Publisher Neil Patel said that Munro "tried his best to time his question to be first as the president was wrapping up his remarks" and "in no way meant to heckle the president of the United States."

Munro himself had this to say: "I always go to the White House prepared with questions for our president. I timed the question believing the president was closing his remarks, because naturally I have no intention of interrupting the president of the United States. I know he rarely takes questions before walking away from the podium. When I asked the question as he finished his speech, he turned his back on the many reporters and walked away while I and at least one other reporter asked questions."
