The Nature Conservancy, a U.S.-based environmental organization with global reach, is going for gold this Earth Day as the organization attempts to break the Guinness World Record for the largest outdoor picnic in a 24-hour period. The conservancy will hold picnics across the country and around the globe, including in various African countries, on Sunday, April 22, to celebrate the world's natural and nourishing resources and underscore the importance of sustainable living.
