Join The Root as we live-stream "The Real Cost of Unemployment," a panel discussion about the future of joblessness in America.

Presented by WNYC from The Greene Space, a state-of-the-art multimedia performance venue, and hosted by Farai Chideya, the panel will include Carmen Wong Ulrich, author of The Real Cost of Living; investor Ryan Mack; and Columbia University professor Dorian Warren. Chideya will lead an engaging conversation about unemployment and zero in on how levels of joblessness affect physical and mental health, as well as individuals and families.
