St. Bernard Project, a nonprofit, helps people displaced by Hurricane Katrina. For MSNBC's The Ed Show, Melissa Harris-Perry talked to some New Orleans residents displaced by the storm who are returning to their homes six years later with the organization's help. She also weighs in on the failure of government that surrounded the response to the disaster.
