Cleveland's chief of police says there was nothing to hide in this jailhouse video of Jalil Anderson's arrest in January. An officer said Anderson assaulted him by hitting in the face with a belt buckle. No one could find the tape. But suddenly, a video has surfaced, and it tells a different story.
