UPS driver delivers package.

MSNBC is reporting that UPS is now requiring photo identification from customers shipping packages at retail locations around the world, a month after explosives surfaced on one of the company's planes. The carrier said Tuesday that the move is part of an ongoing review to enhance security. The directive will apply at the UPS Store, Mail Boxes Etc. locations and other authorized shipping outlets. UPS customer centers have required government-issued photo ID since 2005. Sounds like common sense to us. We're a little surprised that UPS just started mandating photo IDs for other businesses that offer UPS products and services. This is good information to have, especially in time for the holidays.
