Soon-to-be Turkish basketball star Allen Iverson

Yahoo Sports is reporting that basketball icon Allen "A.I." Iverson will sign a two-year deal with a professional basketball team in Turkey. Iverson will be paid $4 million to play with the Besiktas. He is expected to sign this week and report for work next week. The deal would allow Iverson, an 11-time NBA All-Star, to opt out after the first season but does not include an NBA escape clause, the report said. Iverson, 35, has played in 14 NBA seasons. He won the MVP in 2001 when he led the Philadelphia 76ers to the NBA finals. A.I. is making it happen worldwide.
