Bessemer, Ala., Mayoral Candidate Accused of Altering 'Endorsement' Photo

Claims she earned the endorsement of University of Alabama football coach Nick Saban.

Bessemer, Ala., mayoral candidate Dorothy Davidson has some explaining to do. Davidson, who claims that wildly popular University of Alabama football coach Nick Saban endorsed her candidacy, has been accused of altering a photo with Saban in it. The athletic department of the University of Alabama alleges that Saban was never contacted for an endorsement, and the photo circulating is digitally altered. Davidson admits to altering the figure, but only after Saban endorsed her. Let's see: The photo is altered, but the endorsement is real? Saban has not commented on the brewing controversy. We'll take a big, old mess for $1,000, Alex.
