Homeowner, Beware: Three Types of People Who Should Not Buy Homes

Sometimes a house should not be a home.


If you have a Western Union card, back away from the mortgage application. According to money coach Lynette Khalfani-Cox, some people should not be homeowners. If you have a sense of entitlement, put off tomorrow what you should pay today or are stuck in the 1950s, then you should not become a homeowner. If you don't fit in to any of those categories, just apply common sense. Don't buy more house than you can afford or live in -- period.
