[Updated] On the last day of the World Cup, two bombings happened at a restaurant and near a rugby ground in Kampala. Sixty-four people are believed to be dead, including one American. The bombings went off 25 minutes apart, shortly after 10 p.m. (3 p.m. EST). One was detonated at the Ethiopian restaurant, and the second blast went off at a restaurant called the Kyadondo Rugby Club. Police Chief Kale Kaihura said he believed that Somalia's most feared Islamist militia -- al-Shabab, which has pledged loyalty to al-Qaida -- could be behind the attacks.
