Pro Football Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor Indicted on Rape

The former New York Giants linebacker is indicted for patronizing a prostitute and a third-degree rape.

Pro football Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor, aka L.T., has been indicted on a third-degree rape charge and patronizing a prostitute. This indictment comes on the heels of his May arrest at a Holiday Inn in Ramapo, NY where prosecutors say he paid a 16-year-old girl to have sex with him. Additional charges include endangering the welfare of a child, and sexual abuse and criminal sexual act in the third degree. He faces up to four years in prison if convicted. Four years for allegedly doing all of that? Not much justice for teen girls in the criminal justice system.
