To develop the right skills, consider attending community colleges, certified job-training programs and apprenticeships. Visit One-Stop Career Centers to assess skills, explore career options and apply for apprenticeships and jobs. Centers are located nationwide and can provide information about trainings and opportunities for green-collar jobs. Search for them by location at the U.S. Dept. of Labor's Career One Stop Web site

Green For All and Yahoo! HotJobs have partnered to create a Green Jobs resource for job seekers and employers.

Clean Edge Jobs connects job candidates at every level with a range of clean-tech companies and other organizations transitioning to a clean-energy economy. Create a profile and résumé for employers to search and look for green jobs by location, industry or job type.
