For the millions of Haitians living outside Haiti, waiting to hear from loved ones at home is the worst part. The Root wants to know how the earthquake has affected you.


Haiti’s earthquake decimated the country. And now, as rescue efforts are mobilized from around the world, the roughly two million Haitians living in the Diaspora are playing the waiting game: Waiting to hear from loved ones, scanning Twitter feeds, praying, hoping, worrying.
