The island stands alone between the contexts of U.S. and Latin American politics. He showed boldly how Puerto Ricans need to change our communications, locally, hemispherically and globally, to see any political change.



Puerto Ricans may not be known for violent political revolts. Yet it may well be through new media and communications technologies that we’ll find ourselves at the forefront of a new, political revolution.
