Forming a Q: AM Edition

The Buzz doesn't know what to make of the stimulus package. It's a bold and pro-active move, yet something about it is disquieting. Seems like a good time to toss out our first question of the day...

The country is attempting to bail itself out by giving away lots of money in the hopes it will be spent wisely. A few warm-up questions before we get to the main event: How do you give away lots of money you don't have? If the answer is loans, then who are these lenders and what happens when they want to settle the tab? Who exactly pays for that? As a great man once said to The Buzz, "There are fewer worse sounds in the world than hearing someone walk in a room and say, 'Where my money?'" So the question is this:

Why should America support the stimulus package?
