While on a panel on Fox’s Special Report, the Wall Street Journal’s Jason Riley suggested that the nation’s black leaders, like the president and the attorney general, need to stop sending the message that criticisms of Obama are race-based and tell the black community to change its own behavior.
Missouri Highway Patrol Capt. Ron Johnson told reporters at a press conference that some “criminals and agitators” disguised as protesters began threatening police and that some even threw urine-filled plastic bottles at police.
Video of the unidentified man in St. Paul, Minn., hit the Web earlier this week. It appears to show police questioning, tasing and arresting him for sitting in a public area and refusing to give officers his name—none of which is against the law in Minnesota.
